About the Role
We are looking for passionate and experienced IT course Trainers to deliver high-quality online training sessions to students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for conducting live classes, creating learning materials, guiding projects, solving doubts, and ensuring successful course completion.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
✔️ Conduct live online training sessions.
✔️ Deliver practical and industry-oriented training.
✔️ Explain concepts using real-time examples and projects.
✔️ Record sessions when required.
✔️ Resolve student doubts during and after classes.
✔️ Provide mentorship and career guidance.
✔️ Monitor student progress and performance.
✔️ Support students in project development.
✔️ Conduct regular assessments and assignments.
✔️ Evaluate student performance.
✔️ Provide feedback and improvement suggestions.
Required Skills :
✔️ Excellent communication skills.
✔️ Strong presentation skills.
✔️ Student-centric approach.
✔️ Problem-solving ability.
✔️ Time management skills.
Qualification :
✔️ IIT, Engineering, or related field.
✔️ Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
