Admission Counsellor (Tele Caller)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling prospective students, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities : Student Counseling: Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures. Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs. Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and benefits. Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls. Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling. Admission Process: Assist students with registration and enrollment procedures. Collect and verify admission documents. Ensure smooth completion of the admission process. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Address student queries and concerns promptly. Provide post-admission support when required. Reporting: Maintain student database and CRM records. Track daily leads, follow-ups, and admissions. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills : Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Good interpersonal and counseling abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM). Ability to work with admission targets. Qualifications : Any Graduate / Diploma. Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply. Experience in EdTech, Education, Training Institute, or Sales Counseling is preferred.
